Well what a year it has been! We here at the brewery can’t believe that Christmas is just around the corner!
Are you beer ready for Christmas and the Summer Holidays? Book your brews now to make sure you have plenty of your favourite U-Brew It Beer at hand to enjoy on those hot summer days.
Too busy to put on a brew? Give us a call and let us help you out.
To have beer ready for Christmas all brews will need to be done by Saturday 10 December - ready for bottling on Saturday 24 December.
To have beer ready for New Year’s Eve all brews will need to be done by Tuesday 13 December – ready for bottling on Tuesday 27 December.
Christmas Functions

Store Hours during Christmas/January
We will be trading right up to Christmas Eve as per our normal opening/closing times.
Saturday 24 December (Christmas Eve) – 9.00am – 1.00pm
Tuesday 27 December – 9.00am – 12.00noon – bottling and canning only
Store will close from 12.00noon Tuesday 27 December and will re-open on Tuesday 17 January 2012 at 12.00noon for brewing and bottling

St Patrick’s Day Saturday 17 March 2012 - We thought we would mix it up a bit. Now our regulars would have noticed that we did not do the popular Oktoberfest Day this year – but instead we thought we would move countries and go with a St Patrick’s Day function instead. We know it is early but mark it in your diaries now! Saturday 17 March 2012 - 1.00pm – 3.00pm.

$500 Free Beer - Winner
Matt Potts was the winner of this fantastic award and is enjoying the bounty as we speak. We hear through the grapevine that when he rang his beautiful wife with what he deemed to be good news he was advised that he would be sleeping in an outdoor dwelling – namely the shed – until all the prize winning beer was consumed!
All jokes aside – congratulations to Matt as he is certainly a worthy winner!
