Hello Brewers
Welcome to our Spring/Summer Newsletter. Its getting close to that crazy time of year again. The last 12 weeks of the year is jammed packed with events, work break up parties and not to mention Christmas! Perfect time to be drinking your favourite U-Brew it Beer.
Trav is still celebrating Collingwood’s grand final victory. We suspect he may be doing this for some time. Some of you may have noticed the change of beer names on the tap beer to Magpie Bitter, Collingwood Premiership Lager etc. All have the same recurring theme. Feel free to pass on your respective comments to Trav as to what your thoughts are on this subject, whether it be positive or negative!!!!
The Christmas Countdown
It is only 6 weeks to Christmas. To ensure that you have your favourite U-Brew It Beer ready to drink at Christmas time, beers need to be brewed no later than Friday 10 December 2010. A week earlier is required (Friday 3 December) for beers that require a three week fermentation period.
We know that this time of the year is very busy for everyone. If you are having trouble finding the time to brew your favourite U-Brew It beer for Christmas give us a call at the store to see how we can help you achieve your goal of drinking your favourite U-Brew It beer for Christmas!!!!!!
Work Christmas Breakup Parties/Functions
We all look forward to our Christmas breakup parties. Why not suggest U-Brew It as a function venue to your Boss. New Beer Recipes
At U-Brew It we are proud to announce the arrival of 5 fantastic new Beer recipes:

1. The Rascals Pilsner - similar to a Reschs Pilsner. This is a golden coloured classic Pilsner style beer. Perfect for upcoming summer days, a very tasty medium bodied beer.

2. Palmers Indian Pale Ale - similar to a Palmers Draft IPA from the boutique Palmer's Brewery in England. This is a rich, golden coloured pale ale style beer. Lovely colours and tastes that will be a ripper for our pale ale Brewers.

3. Cairns Bright Ale - has some similarities to the Creature's Bright Ale. An easy drinking Golden coloured light bodied beer. Perfect to knock back over an Aussie Summer or at a BBQ. The Bright Ale is a light bodied ale style beer.

4. Cairns KP Lager - A rich golden coloured medium bodied lager style beer. A little more body and flavour than the Cairns Bright Ale. Perfect if you love a Lager.

5. Koke Pils - similar to a Kokanee Pils direct from the Canadian Snow Slopes. This is an easy drinking light bodied Pilsner. Served best on the ice of the Canadian Snow Fields or right throughout the Melbourne Summer!
We will have these new beers on the tasting taps over the next few weeks so why not pop in to do a brew and taste the latest!
Opening/Closing Times Christmas/New Year
Your favourite Brewery will be open right up to Christmas Eve (Friday 24 December).
Friday 24 December - Christmas Eve: 10.00am – 2.30pm
Saturday 25 December – Christmas Day – CLOSED
Monday 27 December - 10.00am - 5.00pm - open for bottling only
Store closed from Tuesday 28 December2010 to Monday 10 January 2011
Store re-opens Tuesday 11 January 2011 at 12.00noon
