Hello Brewers

 

We are entering into that time of year where the weather warms up there is lots on and before we know it, it is Christmas time!  We have put our heads together and have come up with a couple of initiatives all with the idea in mind to save you time.

 

Beer Ready

 

Here at U-Brew It Keilor Park we have put together a few ideas to help ensure that you are all beer/cider ready for the Spring Racing Carnival, Christmas and the Summer holidays.

 

Our experience has shown us that one should never under-estimate how much beer is consumed over this period as there are lots of BBQ’s and functions to attend.

 

We have prepared a suggested brewing/bottling time table to make sure that you do not have a disaster on your hands - you run out of beer!

* These dates are based on beers that have a two week fermentation.  This would not include any beers brewed in the Super Strong range as these beers require a 3 week fermentation.

Store Hours during Christmas/January

 

We will be trading right up to Christmas Eve as per our normal opening/closing times.  We will open on Monday 24 December from 9.00am – 12.00noon for bottling only.

 

Please note that the Store will close from 12.00noon Monday 24 December and will re-open on Wednesday 16 January 2013 at 12.00noon for brewing and bottling

Trying to organize a Christmas Function?  Sick of the usual venues!  Why not consider holding your Christmas Function at U-Brew It.  We can cater and structure your function to suit your needs and budget.  We have basic packages starting from $50.00 per head.
